ProSearch Earns ISO/IEC 42001 Certification for Responsible AI Governance
ProSearch announced on 26 October 2026 that it has achieved certification to ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). The company says it is among the first eDiscovery providers to earn the certification. The certificate was issued by Mastermind Assurance, LLC, an accredited management systems certification body, on 15 October 2026, following a yearlong, cross-functional effort to build and independently validate ProSearch’s AI management system. The certified scope covers the AI management system supporting ProSearch’s eDiscovery operations — including the intake, storage, processing and hosting of client data — as well as governance of how AI is developed, tested and approved for use in that work. The milestone was achieved alongside successful renewal of the company’s ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 certifications. Chief Operating Officer Debora Jones said the certification shows responsible AI is embedded in how the company governs its technology, manages risk and delivers services, rather than being a principle it only advocates.
