Upcoming Book: Beyond ISO 9001: Next-Generation Quality Management
NovaQTech Group is pleased to announce the upcoming book “Beyond ISO 9001: Next-Generation Quality Management” by Amir Abbas Mousapour.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience in management systems, auditing, and consulting, the book explores how quality management may need to evolve beyond traditional management-system approaches in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, digital transformation, rapidly changing business environments, and emerging hybrid organizations.
Across 16 chapters, the book introduces and develops several interconnected concepts, including the Four-Dimension Quality Framework, Problem Discovery Capability (PDC), Living Process, Quality Culture, Hybrid Organizations, Quality Intelligence, Predictive Quality, Learning Velocity, and Adaptive Quality. At the center of the proposed framework is Sustainable Value Creation, guided by organizational purpose and context.
The book does not propose replacing ISO 9001. Instead, it examines how organizations can build upon its established foundations to become more capable of discovering emerging problems, learning from experience, integrating human and AI capabilities, making better decisions, adapting responsibly, and remaining effective in a rapidly changing world.
The manuscript is currently under development and technical review. Final alignment with the new edition of ISO 9001 will be completed before publication.
